The “Secret Sauce” is Actually Quite Simple:
• A Borderline – OCD Attention To Detail.
• A Refusal To Even Consider Using Subcontractors.
• An Insistence On Only Using the Highest Quality Materials.
Let’s face it; there are a lot of “fly by night” and less than stellar contractors out there. It’s an easy business to get into, there’s almost ZERO regulation, and frankly, it tends to attract people who couldn’t think of anything else to do when they grew up.
Which is exactly why I decided to start this company.
My goal – or should I say, my MISSION – is to raise the bar for exterior remodeling (windows, siding, doors, gutters) to a whole new level. I’ve completely eradicated all of the negative things this industry is known for so that the final product is absolutely perfect. EVERY TIME.
I start by STRONGLY URGING my customers to use the highest quality material. For windows, that’s fiberglass. For siding, that’s seamless steel or fiber cement. Vinyl is cheaper, but it tends to warp, fade, crack, and die early. Whoever decided PLASTIC (vinyl is just a fancy word for plastic) was the best material for windows and siding must have been crazy.
I refuse to employ subcontractors. Like vinyl, they’re cheaper… but like vinyl, they don’t get the job done nearly as well as my on-staff employee installers. Because they’re employees, I can tell them what to do, where to be, what to wear, and how to act. I can also make sure that they’re completely drug-free and fully trained.
This is why I offer the longest warranties in town, and I service over 350 THRILLED customers a year. We cost a little more (literally, a LITTLE!) and we take a little longer to complete the job. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, give me a call.
