We’d like to share a quick story with you that really demonstrates our commitment to one of our core policies at Midland Exteriors:

“We aren’t going to leave your project alone until you’re completely satisfied.”

Because unlike so many other contractors out there across America, Midland isn’t going to try and promise that you won’t experience any stress during a major siding project or exterior remodeling overhaul. It’s also not true that you won’t experience any anxiety, or that no unforeseen issues will pop up…because you might and they definitely do from time to time.

But you’re going to love the results. We’ll see to that. 

We don’t leave customers hanging. Not ever. 

You don’t have to worry we’ll leave you high and dry if something comes up after installation either. 

Let’s look at a real example from our past project files.

The Example From Junction City

A woman hired us to update the old siding on her home to seamless steel siding. And, like most other siding projects we got it done in about a week or so. Every single day we double and triple-checked our work as usual, and we have a very strict quality assurance process, so everything seemed perfect when we were done.

She signed off, and we told her to call us anytime.

A couple of days later, she did just that. 

We arrived at her home at noon… and didn’t leave until about 6 PM THAT NIGHT.

Why?

Because she needed us to walk around the entire home at least 11 times with her. To say she was nit-picky would be an understatement, but hey, it’s her house and we completely understand. 

We didn’t care. We would’ve happily done another 8 rounds and walked her through each tiny detail all day if that’s what she needed. 

Even her neighbors found a moment to pull our foreman aside and tell him, “She’ll never let you leave!” but we weren’t scared. Not one bit.

Customer service is paramount to us here at Midland Exteriors!  

All but one of the minor issues she pointed out were actually from previous contractors who installed her windows. This is incredibly common and we see it on a regular basis The one issue that was our fault happened to be a small, almost invisible scratch on one of the siding boards. 

It had been exceptionally windy at the time and one of our ladders was the culprit. 

The most important part of the story though is this: when we left her home she wasn’t just happy…she was ecstatic. She became a raving fan of Midland and even sent a few referrals our way.
