Here’s the truth, we only get about three calls a year from customers who need us to come out and fix something we’ve worked on: siding, windows, doors, or gutters.
Thing is…2 of them are almost always from the type of people who are incredibly (some might argue) impossible to please.
That’s okay. We don’t mind. While we can’t promise you’ll be walking on rose petals throughout every second of the exterior remodeling process, we can promise we aren’t happy until you’re completely satisfied.

- Our hiring process isn’t quick, easy, and informal. Instead, it’s slow, steady, and careful.
- Initially, even experienced new foremen are trained and coached to learn how to make everything ‘Distinctly Midland’ as we like to call it.
- Project by project, over time they earn trust and are slowly given more freedom on projects.
- Even then, we’re still double and triple-checking their work daily.
Above and beyond this, we STILL have a rock-solid follow-up system so that ZERO customers slip through the cracks or feel neglected. We do over 1,000 jobs a year, so loose ends aren’t tolerated.
We’re focused on 100% of our projects being a win-win scenario, where you get the absolute best products and you benefit from the best installation methods.
