- Our hiring process isn’t quick, easy, and informal. Instead, it’s slow, steady, and careful.
- Initially, even experienced new foremen are trained and coached to learn how to make everything ‘Distinctly Midland’ as we like to call it.
- Project by project, over time they earn trust and are slowly given more freedom on projects.
- Even then, we’re still double and triple-checking their work daily.
Above and beyond this, we STILL have a rock-solid follow-up system so that ZERO customers slip through the cracks or feel neglected. We do over 1,000 jobs a year, so loose ends aren’t tolerated.
